GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently offer FREE shipping on orders (AU) over $120.

United States Rates; $30US Flat rate up to .8KG, $40US Flat rate over .8kg. Customers are responsible for any taxes that may be applicable. 

New Zealand Rate; Free Shipping on orders over $200NZD.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

With the tracking number provided to you via email once the order has been sent. 

 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN PERSON?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service at this time. We are online only. 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Your delivery may take anywhere between 4 days – 12 days to arrive, depending on your location. Typically we are seeing 2 days for Express post and 4-5 days for Standard shipping.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

If your order has not been delivered after 3 weeks, it may be lost in transit. Please email hello@playerscountryclub.com.au if you believe your item has been lost and we can rectify immediately.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@playerscountryclub.com.au within 12 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations outside of this time frame will fall under our standard Refunds & Returns Policy.
