PRECISION FIT PROMISE
Curious about our Precision Fit Promise? Put simply, if the size you ordered doesn't quite fit, we've got you covered. We'll cover the cost for you to return it for another size. And if that still doesn't hit the mark, no worries - we'll cover the return again! Just shoot me a text (Justin) at 0408282664 (yes, that's my direct number ☺️), and I'll sort you out with a FREE return label. All you have to do is pop it in your nearest post box.
Exclusions for our Precision Fit Promise;
- Orders placed outside of Australia
- Orders under $50 in Value - - Non-Sale Items only
- Items must be returned within 30 days of ordering
All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return. It can take up to 5 business days to process your return. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
NOTE: Please ensure there is no dust/fluff or cologne/perfume on all items sent back, they will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Orders over $50 can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date (covered under our 'Precision Fit Promise'). Orders under $50 can be exchanged within 30 days, however, return postage will be paid by the customer.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons socks cannot be exchanged.
It can take up to 5 business days to process your return.
Excludes orders outside of Australia.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the team via hello@playerscountryclub.com.au or text me @ 0408 282 664. We will get this rectified ASAP.
If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, Players Country Club will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.
Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
When purchasing via Afterpay, you may send your item back to our Players Country Club Team within 30 days of your original purchase for exchange of size.
It can take up to 5 business days to process your return.
When using Afterpay, you have the options to return one or all of your items for an exchange.
It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments!
If your AfterPay contract is cancelled or amended you will be charged a $10 fee.
